The mission of Laudato Si' Project is to Restore humanity's connection to the natural world through educationstewardship, and recreation. The project builds upon what the Catholic Church has taught in regards to care for the environment, but especially what Pope Francis has written in his recent encyclical.

"Living our vocation to be protectors of God’s handiwork is essential   to a life of virtue; it is not an optional or a secondary aspect of our Christian experience."  -Pope Francis, Laudato Si' 217

Laudato Si' Project is a 501(c)3 non-profit that began in response to Pope Francis' 2015 Encyclical Laudato Si': On Care For Our Common Home. The project has a three tiered approach to using the lens of faith and Restoring Our Natural Connection.
